You are bidding on a NEW custom set of HEL stainless steel Front brake lines. .This auction covers Honda ZX-7 and ZX-7R models. We are the North American importer and an authorized manufacturing distributor for HEL. All kits are custom made to order in-house. All orders ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment and bike information. This is a Full Length, Race style line kit designed to replace your old rubber hoses, increase braking power, and add a custom look at the same time. "Full line" means that this kit includes two full length stainless steel braided hoses that run directly from the master cylinder to each of th front calipers. This eliminates the more economical stock "split line" or "over the fender" set up on most bikes. This will not replace the "linked" or "anti-dive" systems as shown below.
For any kit other than a Full Length type, please contact us for a quote. Stainless steel braided lines will give you a much better feel from the brakes - allowing for more accurate modulation. They will also allow you to use less force to apply the same braking force. At the track, this will dramatically reduce the chance of fatigue and arm pump. For everyday riding, this will give you more confidence to use the brakes to their full potential when you really need to.

HEL brake lines are manufactured of the highest quality stainless steel fittings permanently swaged onto a hard drawn tensile stainless steel braided Teflon hose and wrapped with a colored PVC cover to protect your bodywork and paint. This eliminates the 'spongy' feeling often found with rubber hoses under extreme braking conditions- when you need the performance the most. The stainless steel exterior provides excellent resistance to both corrosion and abrasion. The swaged fittings give a streamlined finish and a secure connection. Unlike some other steel braided brake lines, HEL lines are DOT approved for all on and off-road applications. HEL braided brake lines use a Teflon PTFE interior rather than a standard PTFE interior allowing HEL brake lines to be bent 18,000,000 times without rupturing compared to 750,000 times like other competing products - That's 24 times the strength! HEL braided motorcycle brake lines can also withstand 18,000 psi without failure. Other braided brake lines can only withstand up to 5,000 psi.
