Here is a new internal shifter bushing
for the Toyota W58 5-speed trans .
(Supra MkII, MkIII, and Cressida) Note, these may fit the R154, but I have not verified it yet.   Replaces pos stock rubber bonded bushing that adds sponginess, even before it fails. And turns absolutely horibal when it does delaminate.
A real upgrade from the 20 year old one that came in your trans.   Simply remove the stock bushing, and using a couple of washers, and bolt/nut to pull this billet bushing into place. (it has a slight press fit) The first couple of milimeters is a reduced diameter so that it starts correctly in the bore.   This is not some cheapo bronze bushing dug up at a lawnmower shop. It is custom machined just for this application.      This is NOT a product of The People's Republic of Cheezy ★ !
