Engine Bay Inspection Light complete with bulb. Correct OEM replacement part for your Datsun 510 / P510 / 1600 / Bluebird. I believe that this was only a standard item on the SSS model. It will also fit some other Datsuns. The bayonet cap can be twisted off to extend the light away from the body, as it contains approx. 1m (40") of extension wire coiled inside with a handy hook for hanging over the engine bay.

Virtually identical to the discontinued 240Z, 260Z version, which has 2 enclosed mounting holes. Mounting holes on this item are slotted, with one "open" slot. So it will allow you to use the 2 existing bodywork mounting holes in your engine bay if they are in between 53mm-72mm apart. When mounted, the open slot should point downwards as their is a drainage hole on that side.

The Inspection Light is in perfect, brand new condition and was always stored indoors. The original cardboard box has some slight damage to the labelled end and a cut in the side, as seen in photos.
