All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after we receive the payment except for weekends. Please allow 5-7 business days for arrival of your product. All items are shipped out via UPS or USPS. It is our preference which one we choose. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If for some reason your tracking number has not been posted to your sale after your stated handling time, feel free to email or contact us to find out where your item is.

• We do accept returns and exchanges on our brand new products.
  Returns must come back in original product packaging.
• If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us within 18 hours.
• New items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable.
• We DO NOT accept any return & exchange on our blemish products unless the error is on our side.
• Unless our company is in error or the listing is in error, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
