This is a fairly complete Type 1, dual port engine, MINUS all rotating parts.  Why, because its lighter this way and appears complete and would make perfect wall art or display engine.  Perfect for your garage, man cave or VW parts store, whatever.

TO BE CLEAR - THIS IS A NON OPERATIONAL ENGINE, IT DOES NOT RUN, BUT IT DOES NOT LEAK ANY OIL EITHER :-)

All parts are real, cleaned and painted for appearance.  There is NO crankshaft, rods, pistons, camshaft, valvetrain or internal generator or distributor parts.

It has a chrome dual port manifold with a vintage 2 barrel Holly Bug Spray sitting on top and a Dual Cannon exhaust system.  Quite honestly, some of these parts looked good but never ran that great even when new, so they made better display items IMO.

The cylinder tins have been trimmed, what used to be called a bikini cut to improve appearance of the engine.

The valve covers are cast aluminum bolt-on's and look good. 

- If it can be picked up at my house, the $699 price is good. 

- If I have to ship it, for another $50 I'll modify a pallet and strap it to it, and possibly bring it to a local freight shipping carrier for you.  

-You'll need to work out the shipping details.  I can provide dimensions and weight of the pallet once done.  PS - I would have to take it off the stand and remove the exhaust for shipping to reduce size and shipping costs.

-It's missing a few nuts, but has plenty to hold it together.  It still needs a few pieces possibly, like a smaller fan belt for the power pully and an air cleaner.  

-If your interested in the engine stand, it can include it as part of the deal for an additional $35.
