In an effort to make sure you're happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The start day for this will be the day that USPS, UPS or FedEx marks your package as "Delivered".
The following conditions apply to returns:
- You must notify us and return the item(s) to us within the 30 day window of receiving the item(s).
- Buyer pays all return shipping.
- Item(s) that are sold with "Free Shipping" will be refunded less the actual shipping costs we paid to ship it to you.
- All tags, if any, must still be on the item(s).
- The item(s) must still be in its original packaging.
- If the item(s) are damaged, worn, stained or used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- If the item(s) are damaged, worn, stained or used, we still may accept the return and charge a 15% restocking fee.
For defective item(s); we will evaluate the cause of the issue. If we deem the item(s) to be truly defective and no fault of the buyer, we will refund the entire buyer cost including: price paid for the item and all shipping costs to and from us. If the buyer is the cause of the damage to the item, no refund will be issued.
For any products marked "Salvage / As-Is / Spare Parts": These items are not returnable.
