Buyers should take note there is additional clearance time for payments made via Paypal eCheque or Bank Deposit/Transfers. Once the payment is credited to our account your item will be dispatched immediately.

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 1 business day once your payment is received.

Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day after payment is cleared. Delivery can take 2-6 working days. Delays can occur for a variety of reasons. Please allow an additional 3 business days after the expected delivery time before contacting us to follow up with our delivery company.

Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made. SunlinesAuto is not liable for any delays, losses and/or damage to items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned to SunlinesAuto due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.

Items will only be despatched during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays). Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

We operate a strictly online retail business, so pick-up is not available and we are unable to make any exceptions should you have a change of mind and wish to return your item after receiving it, please note we will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund.

How easy are our returns? Too easy. Send it back within 30 days and you get your money back. Simple as that. All we ask is you send it back in the same condition it was received - new and uninstalled (otherwise please Contact Us.)
