From Europe: we are using TNT/FEDEX for all orders more then 0.5kg. Small and lights parts(less then 0.5kg) we ship by priority airmail.
From USA: we are using USPS priority mail or EMS Express mail. Inside USA - FEDEX ground.
From Japan: we are using EMS Japan.
Orders shipped inside Australia shipped only by Australia EMS.

Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number.
