closer to wholesale! We deal directly with the manufacturers and in some cases 
do direct sales for the manufacturers, which allow us to offer you the customer 
much lower pricing. We're a young company, started in 2005.

To ensue the timely shipment of your purchase, we do require payment within 7 days of item purchase. All PayPal payments to

Shipping: 

We ship using the USPS, UPS and FedEx.
We choose which method to use for your shipment. We do not 3rd party
bill any shipping charges. Most items are shipped within 3 business
days of purchase.

Larger items will ship via freight and must be delivered to a
commercial address. Please refer to description if this applies.

All damaged items, factory defects and errors must be reported
immediately upon receipt of item. For factory defects and errors we
offer a full return policy. We offer a full credit including the
original shipping and handling, or replacement. 

When returning defective items, please include a complete description
of the defect. All defective items will be subject to the
Manufacturer's warranty policy. 


International Buyers: 


Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with
your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs
will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected
by the freight or shipping company when you pickup the item. Do not
confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark
merchandise values below item price, or mark them as "gifts" US and
International Government regulations prohibit such behavior.

After winning an auction or completing a Buy It 
Now purchase, you can submit a payment through eBay checkout.

Their secure checkout will calculate your order total and give you the choice to 
pay via PayPal or Major Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and 
Discover Card). Payment must be made in US funds and paid from a US bank ONLY.

Closer to Wholesale wants to make sure that all our customers are completely 
satisfied. Our customer service staff is prepared to meet all of your needs. 
Customer Satisfaction is very important to us and our feedback rating reflects 
this satisfaction. However, if there is ANY problem at any time before or after 
completion of the auction, please contact us first so we can resolve any and all 
problems you may have.
 

Returns: 

We will accept unused returns within 30 days. 
Buyers must contact us upon receipt of merchandise asking for a return 
authorization. Item must be in same exact condition (including packaging) as 
received and completely unused for merchandise credit of purchase price. Buyers 
are responsible for the return shipping charges. All returns will be charged a 
20% restocking fee. Sorry, no exceptions.
