MERCHANDISE

DESCRIPTION:

Seller provided description of merchandise reflects, as closely as possible, manufacturer provided characteristics and/or product attached label description. And seller does not provide any explicit nor implicit guarantee of: accuracy of description; nor accuracy of sizing, dimensions, fit, material, finish; nor any promise of function, performance, durability, or reliability of merchandise without limitations.

If merchandise being sold as “Used” or “Pre-owned”, any description of condition of this merchandise represents seller’s subjective estimation.

If merchandise is enclosed in manufacturer provided packaging (for example: shoe box, or CD jewel case) the aforementioned merchandise condition description does not apply to the condition of packaging. The packaging condition may be equal or lesser than the condition of actual merchandise without any further notification.

Without any further notice the merchandise may be in any or all of the following condition:

1)       All “New“ merchandise; may carry scratches, dents, surface roughness, loss of color / surface finish, malfunctioning, and be unable to fit its intended use due to design, manufacturing, manufacturer’s method of packaging, and distribution.

2)       All “Used” or “Pre-owned” merchandise may bear wear marks of different degree, be deteriorated or damaged externally and internally, may not be functional, or be in “unknown” or “last known” state of functionality without any verification.

3)       All “Used” or “Pre-owned” clothing, apparel, and shoes may be in a state of custom fit or be altered, bear wear marks of different degree, bear scratching, stretching, shrinkage, cracking, distortion, and loss of color / surface finish due to wear and maintenance.

Without any further notice, seller is not an authorized representative, dealer or distributor of the manufacturer. Seller does not provide, does not participate, and does not support manufacturers’ warranty, nor any other type of warranty or warranty claim(s) related activity.     

The photographs of actual merchandise which will be delivered to the buyer under the terms of this sale are posted. Please review them carefully.

As a courtesy, the photographs may contain some notes, measurements or dimensions which are for reference only, and which are without any accuracy guarantee; and which do not substitute the buyer’s own knowledge or manufacturer label descriptions and/or claimed characteristics; and which do not represent, do not substitute, and do not guarantee any performance, sizing/dimensions, or fit

Any additional information and/or photographic materials which may be provided by seller upon buyer’s request are subject to the terms and conditions of current sales’ policy without any exclusion.

GENERAL

CONDITIONS:

Buyer is solely responsible for his/her purchasing decision, and clearly understands, admits, and accepts all risks and uncertainties associated with his/her purchasing decision under all terms of sale provided herein.

The sale is final with no return, exchange, or refund options.

All merchandise is being sold in as-is condition without any warranty or guarantee.

PAYMENT:

Seller accepts PayPal payments only.

The address in the buyer’s PayPal account must be identical to the buyer’s address in his/her eBay profile/account.

Payment must be made within 7 calendar days after the purchase date.

Seller does not allow any partial and/or installment payments.  Payment must be made to the full amount of purchase price including shipping cost without any reminder or demands.

Non paying buyers will be reported to eBay.

SHIPPING:

After receiving the payment, the purchased item will be shipped within 5 business days.

No international shipping is available. Seller will ship within the continental United States only.

The cost of shipping is not negotiable, and it does not include any expedited delivery options. Please contact seller for expedited shipping rates prior to paying for merchandise if expedited delivery is desired.  Please contact seller prior to paying for merchandise for actual shipping rates for large and / or heavy items if explicitly instructed by seller in product description.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct and legible shipping address. The merchandise will be shipped to the address provided in the buyer’s eBay profile/account without any further verification.    

Seller does not accept any responsibility for condition of merchandise when it departs from seller’s possession.

As a condition of sale, buyer acknowledges and agrees that: (1) seller does not assume any responsibility for lost in transit or damaged upon arrival merchandise (2) and buyer agrees to keep seller harmless and free from any liability for any and all direct and indirect claims, damages, and losses which may arise from lost in transit or damaged upon arrival merchandise. It is the buyer’s own responsibility to properly submit a claim, to cope with loss, and/or deal with the mail carrier. As a courtesy to the buyer, and at seller’s sole discretion seller may assist with filing a claim with the involved mail carrier.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that upon buyer’s refusal to accept purchased merchandise delivery from the mail carrier: (1) the seller satisfactorily and completely fulfilled all obligations under the terms of this sale (2) and no refund will be issued to the buyer.
