Scuff A Condition when size of the fray is larger than 0.078"(0.2cm), not reaching the panel, and removable by buffing.
Scuff B Condition when size of the fray is larger than 0.078"(0.2cm), reaching the panel, and deep enough to feel with fingernail.
Scuff C Condition when size of the fray is larger than 0.078"(0.2cm) and anything beside "Scuff A & B".
Dent A Condition when insignificant dent is unnoticeable from the front but only noticeable by reflecting the light diagonally.
Dent B Condition when dent is noticeable from the front and not reaching the base coating.
Dent C Any condition beside Dent A & B definition and reaching base coating. Include dents with paint off and rusted dent.
Rust Condition when paint is off and rust is present.
Paint off Condition when there are no dent/bump and scratches present, but only the paint and protection coating is off. Includes color off on edges.
Crack A Condition generally used on bumpers when there are cracks on painting but no cuts/scratches present.
Crack B Condition generally used on bumpers when there are cuts that can be repaired and installed without any difficulty.
Trace of repair Condition generally used on bumpers and light parts that have traces of repair.
Putty on panel Condition when traces of repair on panel by filler/putty are present.
Bent Condition when panels are bent, which include edge bent and corner bent.
Repainting A Condition when traces of repaint is noticeable without any dent/ bump and scratches, and cannot distinguish the base coating.
Repainting B Any condition beside "Repainting A" definition and painted in different color.
Flying pebbles Condition mainly used on light parts and glasses that has no fissure and chips. Imperfections sizes of 0.0039"-0.039"(0.1mm-1.0mm).
Windshield Wiper Scratch Condition when insignificant blemishes caused by windshield wiper are not visible from the front but only by reflecting light diagonally.
Others Imperfections that are not mentioned above.

Terms of other types of damages
Scratch line A Condition when scratch width is within 0.078"(0.2cm), not reaching the base coat, which can be removed by buffing. (car wash scratches)
Scratch line B Condition when scratch width is within 0.078"(0.2cm), reaching the base coat, which is noticeable from the front and can be felt with fingernail.
Sun discoloration Condition when lost of luster, yellow tint and color fading are present due to sun exposure. Smoked marks also included.
Chip Condition when imperfection is present by outer force and should not exist on it. For light parts include damaged piece for repair.
Chrome peeling Condition when chrome is off by flying pebbles. Parts with large chrome off are not to be registered.
Waved Condition when no traces of repair on panel are present but believed to be caused by aging.
Bump Condition when a bump is present on the panel by inward pressure.
Sticker mark Sign of sticker.
Paint mark Sign of painting.
Waved bumper Condition when the bumper is waving.

An E-mail with a tracking number will be mailed to you as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

Approximate delivery date is 3-10 days, depending on your location but delay may occur due to the process at the customs of your country or various other reasons.

Return Policies

Return shipping shall be at your own responsibility and cost.
All you need to do is obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us by contacting our Customer Service Team right away at this page (link) and send it back no more than 30 days from the date of delivery of the item you wish to return.

Please note: This policy does not apply to items received damaged in transit or in any of the situations specified below under "Special Cases", nor does it apply to items that have been installed or otherwise used.
Properly pack, insure, and ship your return by courier to our return address.
You are responsible for shipping, insuring, and proof of delivery on all returns.
Therefore, please retain all tracking / insurance information until we refund the purchase.
Please write down "Return item" on your invoice. We will not be able to bear any custom duties or taxes for returned items.

Please allow 10-14 business days from the time we receive the returned item for your return to be processed.

  - Defective Part
If the part you received has a defect, contact our Customer Service Team right away by clicking "Ask a question" on the left bottom of this page of this page of the item so we can try to resolve the problem!
Please do not forget to include photos of the defective part.
Please note that most of our products are second hand and therefore they are not new. A product will not be considered defective if its condition is as described in the item page for that product.
Don't worry, if the product is defective, we'll find a solution for. Just contact our customer service by clicking "Ask a question" on the left bottom of this page of this page and we will take care of you as soon as possible.

 
  - Damaged in Transit
Inspect your package(s) BEFORE you accept it from the delivery person!! If you see any damage and/or evidence of tampering on the outer packaging you MUST make sure that the delivery person makes a note of this damage on the delivery receipt. Without this note on the delivery receipt we cannot fix this problem for you. Once you've made sure the note of damage is on the delivery receipt, tell the delivery driver that you refuse to accept the damaged package, then contact our Customer Service Team right away by clicking "Ask a question" on the left bottom of this page of this page! As soon as we confirm with our carrier that the delivery receipt has the note of damage, we'll arrange a solution for you.

If no one was available to accept your package(s) from the delivery person and the package was left for you, first contact our Customer Service Team right away by clicking "Ask a question" on the left bottom of this page of this page and inform us. For a smooth process please include a photo of the damaged and/or tampered package(s). Second, you MUST contact the carrier within 48 hours of date the package was left for you! For this type of claim, we require our carrier to validate the damage. Depending on your location, you may have to take the part to the nearest carrier outlet. Once that's done, we'll arrange a solution for you.

 
  - Damaged Part inside the Box
Please inspect your parts once you receive them. If any part is damaged, contact our Customer Service Team right away by clicking "Ask a question" on the left bottom of this page of this page and inform us so we can solve the problem! For a smooth process please include a photo of the received part(s). Don't worry, if the part is damaged in the box, we'll find a solution for you. Just contact our customer service by clicking "Ask a question" on the left bottom of this page of this page and we will take care of you as soon as possible.

 
  - Missing Part(s)
If you don't have all the parts you ordered, check your email for messages from us providing additional tracking numbers for the rest of your items. You can check the whereabouts of the additional packages using the tracking number and the carrier's website provided in the email.
If there are no more shipments to arrive and you are still missing a part, contact our Customer Service Team right away by clicking "Ask a question" on the right top of this page and we'll find a solution for you.

 
  - Wrong Part(s)
Our teams work really hard to make sure we send you the exact part(s) you ordered, but since we have big volume of shipments on a daily basis, sometimes things get mixed up and you might receive a part that's not what you ordered.

Cancelling a purchased item

Unfortunately we cannot accept order cancellations for any reason. As soon as an item is purchased, it is dispatched from storage and on its way to the buyer. It is not possible for us to retract the item from the delivery process and thus we cannot accept order cancellations. For this reason we kindly ask you to make sure that it is indeed the item you want to purchase before clicking the Buy It Now button.

However, in any event, you may return the item within 30 days in accordance with our Return Policies specified above.
 


 

Warranty

Parts offered by UKEROO on ebay are mostly second hand and supplied by second hand dealers who are all authorized by Ecoline, a company based in Japan, and a100% subsidiary of TOYOTA TSUSHO Corporation.

Unfortunately we cannot offer any warranty for items sold. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a warranty on any of the items in our store that are shipped outside of Japan, and this is due to Ecoline's strict regulations. Any purchases made on eBay from UKEROO, shall be on an as-is basis and with no warranty, without any exceptions. The entire risk as to the performance of such parts is with the buyer. We make no warranties, either expressed or implied.
