Includes original box, user manual, and tuner/OBD-II cord. No USB cable included, but can be connected to a computer with a standard printer cable. 

PLEASE NOTE: this device is not supported by SCT anymore. I am not sure what firmware it has installed, but it was purchased in 2005. Sold as-is. No returns.
