Advanced Flow Engineering, Inc. (aFe) produces high flow, high performance air filters & intake systems for the automotive industry. Founded in April, 1999, aFe was created to address an obvious need in the automotive aftermarket industry: a lack of choice for a high performance aftermarket air filter. Shipping
We ship within 1 business day of receiving payment on your order. We ship Monday thru Friday. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. We ship most of our items via USPS. Larger items may be shipped UPS. Our delivery goal is 2-4 business days after your order has cleared. Please keep in mind the delivery dates on the eBay listing is an estimate. We can not be held responsible for delays due to weather or courier mistakes. If you paid with a PayPal e-check, it may take several days for your payment to clear. We cannot ship your item until your payment clears. We do ship to APO/FPO and Post Office Box addresses We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional charges may apply on large items. Cores
Some items we sell, have core charges. Which require you to send us your old one or pay for the core charge. Basically, your existing part that you are replacing is your "core." We need to get your core back so that we can eventually remanufacture it, and continue to supply high quality parts at an affordable price. Simply put your old part in the box that your new part was delivered in, and ship it back to us. Once we receive your core return, we will refund your core deposit. Core deposit refunds are typically issued within one week of us receiving your core. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the core. Returns
Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items can be returned to us up to 14 days. Please be aware that we do charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. If you wish to return an item please contact us via the eBay messaging system for information. If returning an item please enclose a note with your name, phone number, and the reason for the return. If we have incorrectly supplied a part please contact us. We will pay for return shipping and shipping on a replacement item, or offer a full refund including shipping costs depending on your preference and whether the correct item is available to send.
