            Returns/ Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 business-days from the date of shipment received. Your satisfaction is Sumex International's main goal. Refunds are for the purchase price minus any shipping and handling costs. All return items must be unused and unopened, same condition as shipped. Merchandize with any damage will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and/ or exchange re-shipping fees.  Return packages take about 2-4 business days to be processed.
