RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS! We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items with stipulations. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and the actual shipping cost. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that: Are in their original packaging and have original manufacturer information and are not used, installed, or disassembled and are not damaged due to incorrect installation. It may not have any missing parts, hardware or instructions The following orders are not returnable: Items sealed in a clear plastic bag and are (GREEN) labeled as non-returnable may not be opened. The bags are clear so you can view and inspect the item. Product in such bags must be returned as received (Sealed). These items are electrical parts and components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, sensors electric pumps, air mass meters, etc) Once we have received your return, conducted an inspe ction of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, and buyer has agreed and accepted the eBay cancel policy, a full refund will be issued less the 15% restock/handling fee. The COST of the ACTUAL shipping FREE or not will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. As in the parts match the compatibility chart and IMPORTANT PART DETAILS and still don't fit, or the wrong parts was shipped including items deemed incorrectly boxed. Substituted parts of same or better quality will not be deemed our fault. All applicable sales taxes will be issued by the same method as it was paid.
