• We ship via China/HK Post Air Mail with tracking number.
• Once your payment clears, most orders are processed and shipped out either the same or next business day.
• We don't offer local pick-up, all other area/country not in shipping area please ask before bid.
• International shipping ETA 12-21 days, please allow up to one month for Custom clearance in some area/country.
• International buyer is responsible for possible tax/custom processing fee in their country.

Warranty Policy:

• 30 Days warranty from the purchased date. Please contact us via email before returning the defectived item.
• Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers/user's part.
• Return items should include the original packaging and all accessories. Buyers MUST contact us for the returning address.
• In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
• Our goal is to make sure you are a happy buyer and pleasant shopping with us. If you have any problems, please e-mail us immediately before leaving us any negative or neutral feedback. We understand the concerns and frustrations you might have, and will do our endeavor to resolve the issues. Please give us the opportunity to resolve any problem.

Compatibility issue:

• Please check actual stock bulb model & housing size before purchasing replacement bulbs. Compatibility list on eBay listing is not a complete list and it is a known issue that there are errors on it.
• If you encounter model/functional compatibility issue, please contact us for assistance. We will help you exchange to compatible item (if available).
• We only accept refund request if we don't carry compatible item. 20% restocking fee will be deducted for ALL refund cases.
• Buyer is responsible for both return and resend shipping cost when exchanging an item with compatibility issue. We will cover resend shipping cost if compatibility problem is directly caused by incorrect information on listing.
• Buyer will be charged for price difference when upgrading to a more expensive model.
