Used antenna removed from a 1964 impala fender.  Antenna worked fine in vehicle and radio signal was strong and clear.  I observed electrical tape on the coaxial cable and removed it where I could see a cut In the cable.  It appears the actual antenna wire is not cut.  I have included a picture.  Sold as is no returns.
