Water pump pulley.  Has some of the grease from the factory on it that is kind of dried and brown.  Would need to be cleaned before installing.  Has a few patches of surface rust.   About 7 and 5/8 inches in diameter.  MoPar part number 1489859.  According to the catalog it fits 53 Plymouth and Dodge. Please confirm application before buying.
