Our Return Policy for Parts

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you receive the p/n purchased in the condition described in our listing and find that you cannot use the part...you may return the part for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping both ways. If an error was made in your order and you received something else or received an item and find the condition not as described you may return for a complete refund including return shipping. As long as the part shows no signs of having been installed and the original package is included and intact. We will accept it back. If it shows signs of being installed or otherwise causes us to have to sell it as "used" we reserve the right to refuse or decrease the amount we refund to you.
