We offer a no-hassle return policy but have a specific procedure to insure the return process runs smoothly. Get started by visiting 'my ebay' and clicking the option for 'purchase history'. We will receive a message and will reply back to you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return address. This address may be different than the warehouse we shipped the part to you from originally. If you send your item back without first obtaining an RMA from us our warehouse will not know who to give the credit to, and may accidentally refund a different customer who purchased the same item. eBay will create a return id that should not be confused with our own RMA id. We are unable to to pay for air freight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors, defective parts, or 'parts that do not fit'.
