Most of our parcels are sent through Australia Post by a system called POST eParcel & Registered Post. http://auspost.com.au/track/

Each parcel carries with it a consignment number, which is scanned during the delivery process so we can track exactly where your parcel is on request.

• Full shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, other items will be charged at a combined amount.

Shipping & Delivery

	Please make sure your address you enter via our checkout is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.
	All our auctions have a postage calculator, so please enter your postcode to calculate your shipping costs.
	We offer a discount on the shipping of multiple items paid for at the same time via our checkout. Full shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, other items will be charged at a combined rate. Just wait before doing the "Checkout" for all your items until we have adjusted the shipping charges fairly.
	Dispatch of goods is during business hours from Monday - Friday, and excluding public holidays.
	Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.
	Once payment is received we will send you an email informing you the day your goods will be dispatched including a tracking delivery number for tracking purposes.
	In most cases you will receive your goods quickly but please allow up to 10 working days for them to arrive. International customer may be longer, depending on delivery method.
	If you have not received your parcel after 10 working days, please contact your local post office and quote your tracking delivery number.
	We will do everything we can to ensure delivery, but can ultimately not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
