            The term of this warranty is for 12months/12 thousand miles (which ever comes first) of vehicle which part is purchased.

            This warranty shall include both the replacement of the part sold and labor costs per Mitchell/All Data …not exceeding amount of $60/hour in labor…for installing the replacement part. 

            In the event of a claim requiring labor and installation, All Pro Auto parts, Inc. shall have the option of a private inspection company check out vehicle in question.

Engines:

            All Pro auto parts, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser the internal parts of its engines to be free of defects for warranty term of the vehicle in question.  The parts covered by this warranty are the engine block, cylinder head with valves, cam shaft, connecting rods and bearings, pistons, piston rings, oil pump, crank shaft and bearings, rocker arms and valve lifters.  Excluded from this warranty are the valve body, water pump and all other cooling system components and hoses, all electrical parts, other hoses, lines, intake and exhaust manifold, fuel injector parts, timing belts, all gaskets and seals, all other fuel injection parts, and all other external parts.  Calibration and adjustment of excluded parts is also excluded from this warranty. New oil, oil filter, water pump, oil, and oil filter front and rear main seal must be replaced. Standard service needs done every 3000 - 3500 miles which must be documented with original numbered/dated receipts from certified repair facility

Transmissions:

            All Pro auto parts, Inc. warrants transmission to be free of defects for warranty term of the vehicle in question.  The parts covered by this warranty are the transmission case and all internal parts including the torque converter.  Excluded from this warranty are the transmission mounts, shifting linkage, fly wheel, and all other external parts. Some vehicles require flashing and programming ecm prior to completing installation. Buyer is responsible for seals, filter, flash, programming and using dealer recommended fluid for these products.
