Our Return Policies:
- We accept returns on items that are: 1) Listed as working but received as not working; 2) Items that are damaged in shipping.
- An 18% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
- Items that are sold "As-Is" are not eligible for return. We clearly list these items as defective or incomplete.
- Buyer will have 7 days to contact us to notify us of the return.
- Refund will be given in the form of an exchange (when possible), merchandise credit or money back. (Please note that exchanges are not always available for every item we sell.)
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping and we will be responsible for shipping the replacement.

We accept PayPal as our only form of payment. The customer may chose to use another form of payment such as a debit card, credit card or electronic check through the PayPal site upon checkout without electing to open an account.
Payments for auction items must be received within 3 days of the auction closing or the item will be considered forfeited. Forfeited items will be offered as Second Chance Offers for others bidders or re-listed for sale.
-Payment in full expected within 3-days from the close of auction; items are relisted a few days later. Payments received after the item has been relisted will be returned and the Unpaid Item Process will be completed.
-Please understand that the eBay Unpaid Item process will be started, without exception, 3-days after the close of the auction if payment has not been received, regardless of any prior correspondence.
-If you send an email backing-out of a listing post-auction, you will still receive a notification from eBay's Unpaid Item Process.
-If you back-out of an auction, but win a second (or more) item(s) from us that you would like to purchase, you may be refused your item(s) unless all transactions are completed.
-If you win an item and plan on picking it up at our warehouse, please be aware that we do not store merchandise for extended periods of time. You are required to pick up the item within 10-days of the close of the auction. If the item is not picked up during that time, and you have already paid for the item via Paypal, your payment will be refunded and you will receive an Unpaid Item alert.
-Final Auction Value Fee Alerts are filed via eBay after the Unpaid Item Process is closed.
-Items are relisted immediately after the Unpaid Item Process is closed.
-All Non-Paying Bidders will be blocked from future Head_Springs_Depot auctions.
-Local pick-ups are by appointment only. Please send us an eBay message to arrange a pick up time within our stated time windows.
-Pick-ups are conducted Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. We are closed on weekends and are also closed on many holidays. Please make an appointment with us in order to be sure we will be able to complete your pick up.
-You must complete checkout to schedule your pick-up appointment before you may pickup your item(s). We require a 24 hour notice before you may pickup your items. The earliest available time for you to pickup will be shown when you schedule your pickup in the checkout.
-If you will not be able to make your appointment more than one business day after your scheduled appointment, or if you plan on not picking the item up after all, please contact us via email.
-If you win an item and plan on picking it up at our warehouse, we are unable to store merchandise for extended periods of time and you are required to pick up the unit within 10 days of the close of the auction.
-Items cannot be re-tested at the time of pick-up. (Items are tested when they are put on auction, and are sold in the condition they are described.)
-Items must be paid for online via the checkout. We do not accept payment at the time of pickup.
When we set or agree to a price for the sale of an item, we assume the buyer will be picking the item up on the scheduled pickup date. We do not have the space available to store items for longer than 10 days from the close of the auction so please schedule and pick up your purchase promptly. Items that are left here are subject to damage and degradation as they are continually moved around to make way for ongoing activity. If the buyer has not picked up the item within 90 days of the close of the auction then the item will be considered forfeited. Their will not be any refunds on forfeited items. This is not our favorite policy but there are a few buyers who are negligent.
The following buyers will be subject to a 9.25% TN Sales Tax:
-Local pickup customers
-Customers with a Tennessee shipping address
Our goal by including the 'Product Scorecard' in each of our listings is to provide each customer with the best information about the item for sale regarding the item's condition. We specialize in overstock and customer returned merchandise and inspect every item by the standards of the scorecard to give you a detailed description of the product for sale.
Item Descriptions:
We sometimes include the manufacturer's description of each item in order to provide you greater product information. Please do not assume that the product for sale includes the accessories outlined in the product description if it is not pictured in the listing.
