Returns

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We understand sometimes customers are unhappy with their products; this is why we offer a generous return window of 14 days from when the item arrives to you for you to return the item to us for a full refund. We do, however, have some requirements if you choose to return your item. All returned items must come back to us in the package the arrived in. A fee may be applied to any merchandise returned to us without the original packaging. If the item arrives to you damaged or defective for any reason, we are more than happy to pay for any return shipping costs, however, if you are simply unhappy with your product, we do ask that you pay for any return shipping.
