Returns are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. Any item found to be defective, or not as described, the buyer will be sent a return shipping label and a full refund.

For non-defective returns, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and refund will be less E-Bay fees and our original shipping cost. Items must be returned with all original packaging and any included items.

There is a 0% restocking fee if item comes back in original condition.

Items that are not returned in original resalable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We charge this 20% restocking fee on returned items only if item is clearly used or damaged.

Domestic Shipping:

We use UPS Ground and USPS Mail only for all domestic shipments in the lower 48 States. We use USPS Priority Service for HI, AK, PR and APO addresses if available.

APO, AK, PR and HI must contact us prior to purchasing item for a shipping quote first.

Shipping fees to APO, AK, PR and HI will be calculated individually and added to customer invoice prior to paying for item.

International Shipping:

We use USPS Priority only when shipping anywhere other then the USA.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your Countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing item.

These charges are normally collected by the delivery company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse these charges with additional shipping charges.
