Returns
You may return your item within 60 days for a complete refund, minus actual shipping costs. If a mistake is made by us, return your item for a complete refund, including all shipping costs (for US/Canada orders only). Please note, actual shipping costs are generally much higher than paid shipping costs, approximately $1 per pound.
You must contact us prior to returning your item for an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number are subject to refusal and/or a 25% restocking fee. All items must be returned in new and resellable condition.
