Both exhaust and intake veins are in good condition , turns smooth , minimal end play on shaft.
Now as far as application I dont know , but Hitachi makes a Turbo RHB7 for excavation equipment.
All the numbers I found are as follows RHB7 28-F V3 E17
I hope to learn more about it.
