Intact tiller handle to fit all Johnson and Evinrude 9.9 or 15 hp outboards built from 1986 through '92; ie. the ones with a sliding throttle cable in them. Cable moves freely, grip is clean, and the casting is solid.  What more do you need?  Shipping is reasonable via fast and tracked Priority Mail.  Thanks for looking.
