Rescued from salvage off a 1992 Oldsmobile Toronado. Includes original instruction sheet as pictured but only the 4 locking lug nuts and key (no wrench included).

I don’t know the specific thread definition but I suspect it was pretty standard for all GM vehicles at the time.

The key fit snugly in all 4 nuts when removed so everything is in good working order.
