Specifications:

Input:  120 Volts, 60 Hz, 9.5 Amps

Output:  36 Volts, 21 Amps DC

For Lead Acid, Deep Cycle Batteries.  18 Cells, 240 Amp Hours

(Battery will most typically be six 6 Volt Batteries, at 3 cells each)

I have no cart/battery to test with.

This is sold AS IS, with NO WARANTY/RETURNS, under eBay's "For Parts or Repair" condition.

My observations re condition.

Metal case shows signs of age, with some scuffs/scrapes and some minor rust.

The power and battery cables look to be in good condition.  I see no breaks/cuts in insulation.

I opened the case to look for obvious failures, and see none.

Both the AC Fuse and DC Breaker are closed (conducting) as they should be.

When plugged in with no battery, it shows no signs of life (this is correct, a battery must be connected to close an AC circuit relay)

I jumped the relay contacts, and things powered up.

The on/off/timer cycles power as it should, but I didn't leave it on long enough to verify the timer.

With it activated this way (and still no battery load on the output) the battery terminals show about 41 volts DC.

So that's it.  With no battery, I cannot fully test.
