Removed from a Mercury for 125 horsepower serial number

Seems to shift well. Quiet operation when turned. No play

Outboard was sitting and Torn down because the magnets had come off the flywheel. Previous owner couldn't figure out how to get it running.

Lower unit appears to be good.

I'd advise a quick polishing of the water cartridge casing and a good prop.
