Key features include conventional rotation for most Ford 351 CID V-8 engines, a super-duty cap and rotor, Mylar insulation to protect against current leaks and shorting, and a high-dielectric condenser with a corrosion-resistant brass case. Precision-stamped and balanced mechanical advance weights ensure stable timing. The distributor is interchangeable with Mallory YL554CV and OMC Stern Drive models 0981080 and 0985764. It features a polished billet aluminum housing, single points trigger style, mechanical advance type, and female/socket cap style, ensuring durability and reliable performance.
