Instructions for Ordering:

1. Check the key fob model and design templates you need.
2. Choose your preferred colors – you can have more than 2 leather colors, thread colors, edge paint colors, text colors, etc.
3. Note your requirements in the “Personalization:” box, or send a message through the chat box below.
4. Place your order for the product.
5. If you need to modify or add requirements, you can absolutely message us after placing the order. Our technical team will follow your final instructions.

For many cases, you'll need to send me a picture of your key. While it's the same car model, the key type may vary, which could lead to order confusion.

However, basic keys don't require a key image.

5. Products can be exchanged if defective or damaged upon receipt. Custom-made products or those with personalized information cannot be exchanged, as we cannot resell them to others or recycle the materials in any other way.

6. The products have a lifespan of over 5 years with proper care and usage. Real leather is difficult to burn under normal conditions but is not fireproof and should not be soaked in water for extended periods. The products have natural abrasion resistance but cannot withstand impacts from grinding machines, abrasive stones, or friction against rough surfaces or other physical agents.

7. The color of genuine leather may vary slightly with each dyeing (minor differences), and it’s challenging to achieve glossy colors like those on metals, paints, or other metallic surfaces.

8. Purchase 2 or more products and receive a 10% discount on the selling price and shipping fees.

9. Expect a snug fit when inserting key initially. With proper care this natural leather cover will last a lifetime. By purchasing you agree to all shop policies.

10. The production time for a single product is 2-5 days, sometimes faster or slower by a few days depending on holidays at the end of the year. Shipping time largely depends on the carrier service in your country.

11. For international orders, a recipient phone number is required. This is a contingency in case the shipping partner needs to contact you directly for delivery or encounters difficulties during transportation.
