We have one day handling on all items purchased before 7 am EST. We use either UPS or FedEx and USPS for shipping. A tracking number will be uploaded to your order as soon as your item ships out.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS take longer to process due to having to palletize the item for safe shipment and setting up a pickup.

Freight will have between a 1-4 day handling time before shipment. If you need residential delivery or lift gate service there is an up-charge.

Most items require immediate payments. If an item is purchased with "Best Offer" or on an auction you will have seven (7) days to make the payment.  At that point, if no payment is made, we will open an "Unpaid Item Case".

Returns are accepted on any item that is defective unless otherwise noted in the listing. Please email us through eBay to correct any problem.

GENERAL:  All items returned will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Please return all items in new/unused condition with all applicable items that were originally sent with the item such as the original box, instructions, manual, warranty card, tags still intact, etc. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer except under certain circumstances.

RETURN PROCESS:  Please package all items securely and safely. Please retain your return tracking number and upload it into the return request notes. Returns generally take 5 business days to process at our warehouse.  Once the refund is issued it can take eBay up to 24 hours to process the refund back to you.

RESTOCKING FEE:  If the item is returned to us in a condition other than that described in the original listing, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in line with eBay's policies. This fee will also be applied to items that are returned with the manufacturers packaging being used as the shipping box.
