Cylinder Repair.  Inspected and cleaned cylinder.  Replaced exhaust value and exhaust guide with new and reamed to size.  Installed springs, retainers and ew keepers.  Leak checked cylinder.  Check OK.  Honed cylinder to ring finish.  Sized new rings and installed on new piston.  Work done in accordance with Lycoming overhaul manual #60294-7-14 section 6.  AD's/SB's complied with.  Had this for a spare on one of our Cessna 172 N/P models with D2J engine.
