NOS genuine GM Rochester carburetor fast idle cam, part number 7038756.The Buick parts book lists this as the standard equipment fast idle cam for 1969 - 1970 Buick Special, Skylark, GS350 and LeSabre with 350 engine and 4bbl carburetor. The last 5 digits of this part number are molded onto the cam, inside the circle on the one end.
This part number was superseded to new part number 7040811 in August 1970.
As you can see in the picture, the package indicates that this was GM campaign # 69-C-2, to retrofit the 1968 cars with the newer design standard equipment fast idle cam.

2. Payment is expected within 3 days. After 8 days, I will file with eBay to have my auction fees refunded. If there is a problem with 3 days, please let me know, as I am not unreasonable, and I know that things happen. Just be aware that having been on eBay full-time for several years has already afforded me an opportunity to hear a lot of "creative" stories.
