2010 Polaris Sportsman 500 Seat Assy Base Foam Complete Seat NEEDS COVER
This part came off a 2010 Polaris Sportsman 500. It may fit many other years and models of Polaris ATVs. If you have questions on fitment, please ask BEFORE you purchase.
*All parts are shipped exactly as they are pictured unless otherwise noted in description.
*All parts are inspected and deemed usable unless otherwise noted in description.
*Parts may require some cleaning and adjustments for proper installation.
*Engine parts should be properly cleaned and lubricated prior to assembly.
*ALL PARTS SHOULD BE INSTALLED BY AN EXPERIENCED MECHANIC - (We will not be held responsible for part failure due to poor installation)
PART FITMENT
You, "the buyer", are responsible for doing all the research prior to buying this part. If you are not sure that it will fit your vehicle, please take the time to do the research prior to buying the item. We will try to answer fitment questions to the best of our knowledge and resources.
USED PARTS
The dictionary defines the word "used" as follows: "Not New, Previously Owned". With that being said, this is a "used" part. I will always do my best to make sure the parts that I sell are in good usable condition. I test vehicles before I tear them down. I also inspect each part before taking pictures. I have no interest in selling you a part that you can't use, but you have to keep in mind this is a used part and may need to be cleaned or serviced in some way prior to re-installation. I also sell new parts but they are much more expensive.
*Bearings, Bushings, Gaskets, Seals, Clutch Plates, Sprockets, Pistons, Rings, and Brake Pads are all considered "wear parts" and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated in the description that they are good.

ENGINE/MOTOR & CARBURETOR PARTS
All engine parts have been drained of oil and fluids. However, there may be residual fluid in, on, or around the part(s). YOU or YOUR MECHANIC are solely responsible for making sure the part(s) are properly cleaned, lubricated, and installed by a professional mechanic. We highly suggest using new gaskets and seals for engine reassembly as well as following the “Factory/OEM Service Manual” guidelines for proper assembly procedures and torque values for all fasteners. This and all engine parts that we sell are deemed usable by Factory/OEM standards and have come off a good running engine (UNLESS NOTED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE LISTING).
All Carburetor/Intake parts have been drained of fuel. Sometimes these parts sit on a shelf for several weeks/months prior to selling them. YOU or YOUR MECHANIC are solely responsible for making sure the part(s) are properly cleaned, lubricated, and installed by a professional mechanic. We highly suggest servicing carburetors and throttle bodies following the “Factory/OEM Service Manual” guidelines for proper assembly procedures and torque values for all fasteners. This and all carburetor/intake parts that we sell are deemed usable by Factory/OEM standards and have come off a good running engine (UNLESS NOTED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE LISTING).
ATTENTION: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURE – AND/OR PREMATURE ENGINE WEAR. Therefore, Benny’s Powerports LLC and its employees will not be held responsible for any and all failures associated with the use of these engine parts.
SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Friday DAILY unless noted on our home page. Most items are shipped USPS or UPS unless otherwise stated.
OVERSIZED ITEMS such as Fenders, Hoods, Etc. are shipped UPS or Can be picked up Locally in our Store. If you are in MN, IA, WI, IL, SD, ND, and parts of MI, NE, or MO, we can ship SpeeDee as well for lower price. Please contact our store for a SpeeDee Shipping Quote.
FREIGHT: Freight is shipped to a commercial address or a Freight location. If you wish to have the Freight shipped to a Residential Location, there are additional residential surcharges of $150-$200 for freight shipped to a residential location. Please contact our store if you wish to have a Residential Freight Quote. All additional shipping charges must be paid before shipment.
Shipping price stated is for the lower 48 states only. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or any other U.S. Territory, please contact our store for a shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
All international bidders are welcome. We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail to most countries and do not insure their ground service.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Charges are not included in item prices or shipping costs. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with you country's customs office to determine any additional cost before bidding or buying. These charges are usually collected by the delivery shipping company or when you pick up your item. These are not additional shipping charges.
We will NOT mark values lower or mark as gifts – United States and International Government policies prohibit such actions!
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns. Please contact us before returning any item or there may be a delay in the refund of your payment. You may contact us through e-bay messaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. All sales after 30 days are considered final. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge out our original shipping fees on returned items unless it was our mistake. (Please understand that even though a listing may have offered Free Shipping, we are still charged by the courier. As such our original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.)
Electrical items are NON-RETURNABLE for 3 reasons.
#1 - People using the part for testing.
#2 - People installing them on an incorrect machine.
#3 - Our inability to re-test most electrical parts after they have been returned and the machine has already been torn down. We will not re-sell anything that we can't assure our customer was in working order when they bought it.
