This is a Vertical Speed Indicator (VSI) removed from my Piper Turbo Arrow III during a panel upgrade.  Instrument is fully functional, but a little foggy - but not to extent that it bothered me at all - just full disclosure.  See pics.  Only comes with what you see.  No additional parts or forms are included.
