If items have been picked up or dropped off to shipping authorities (U.S.P.S, UPS, FEDEX) we will be unable to cancel order. 

RETURNS: Contact us if you would like to request a refund (even if listing states, “returns not accepted”. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser.  

All returns are on a case-by-case basis. All items being returned for a refund will be subject to inspection. A restocking fee of 35% may apply.  

If the item being returned has, damaged or the original packaging is damaged or marked and is not in resalable condition no refund will be issued. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
