This Johnson antique outboard motor Vacturi carburetor seems to be the choice of many hobbyists who actually run these old motors.

This will fit the 1929 S-45 14hp model which came originally with a Johnson made carburetor. This type was also used on the Johnson Aquaflyer boat and motor combos. It appears to be listed for the VE50 to VE-65 which came with electric starting.   This carburetor has been sitting for years and years.
