what she see in the pictures, is what she will receive. There is no warranty with the lower unit. I do not know the history on it. These are really getting hard to come by. This lower unit turns smoothly and shifts nicely. There are no known issues with this lower unit. With that said, I would strongly recommend replacing the water pump impeller , and also I would recommend resealing this lower unit. It will be shipped without any gear lube and must be serviced with gear lube beforeage. this is an as is sale and no returns will be accepted.
