USPS is a hot mess with this Cornavirus situation, and now with the government playing with the Post Office it is worse. Although 90% are still getting delivered close to on time the other 10% will be slow and maybe very slow. Shipping and arrival times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. So if a little patience is not in your DNA then the seller can not be held responsible for shipping times of carriers.  Ebay tracking is not perfect and sometimes does not upload properly. Going to the shipper site is sometimes a much better option.
