You are purchasing a professional repair service completed by a certified tech on your Expedition or Navigator fuse box circuit card at your request IAW listings repair level description. Please note, we are not responsible if you have misdiagnosed your fault & still have an issue after installation. If your unsure this is your problem, contact us first…we're here to help. WARRANTY: Lifetime Manufacturers Defective Parts Warranty (non-transferrable) on any part we install due to a manufacturers internal defect. We will honor that warranty by installing a replacement part in your fuse box (shipping to us is customers responsibility). Warranty does not cover part that fails due to an out of tolerance input or high current draw on circuit from other bad components or parts that can cause a repeat failures. We do not warranty any unit that has had any previous non-professional repair attempts as identified by our technicians. SHIPPING: Customer is responsible for shipping cost to us. We return ship to you free of charge by USPS Priority or Fedex Ground (1-3 day). We do not complete any other work than that stated in this listing w/o customers prior authorization.
