Warranties: We offer full Manufacture Factory Warranty. Make sure you read product specific warranty terms & Conditions & procedures on the manufactures websites before purchasing. A replacement will not be dispatched until we receive the Faulty part back and it is tested and confirmed to be faulty by the manufacturer. AEM & INNOVATE: AEM & INNOVATE offer Full Customer Tech Support which must be used before any Warranty will be handled. Returns are accepted within 30 Calendar days. Purchased Items must be in new unused condition and in the original packaging as you received it and the SEAL NOT Broken or Opened. It is your responsibility to make sure you are purchasing the correct item. If you receive your order and find something is missing or damaged you are to make contact with us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
