This warranty does not include any labor associated with installation or removal of parts. This warranty is void if parts fail due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, impact, water damage or vehicle is involved in an accident or if part is used for any purpose not originally intended. Warranty is void if part is installed outside of the United States or if part is sold to someone other than the buyer here. Buyer acknowledges that warranty is not transferable. Electrical parts are tested before being sold and will be inspected for any burnt components upon return, voiding all warranties where components are proven to be damaged via the buyers application. If the part is damaged due to an electrical short in your vehicle or water/oil damage you may have additional charges. Please make sure your vehicles wiring harness and other components are in good condition before reinstalling your part.

In case of warranty, items MUST be returned in original operating condition. Auto Computer Solutions LLC reserves the right to deny warranty coverage for damaged parts. Automotive modules can be damaged by various electrical faults during and after installation which will not be covered. We assume no liability for any injury, labor, diagnostics, mechanic fees, towing bills, rental car charges, lodging or any other direct or consequential damages resulting from this transaction. Buyer hereby acknowledges that the sellers' liability, if any, is limited to the price of the item/service sold.

The buyer is solely responsible for making the correct interchange research. All interchange information in the listings are speculative and must be verified by the buyer. If the unit was programmed by us, you will incur a $100.00 programming fee that is not refundable. All units are fully tested for functionality prior to shipment. If 45 days have passed since the date of purchase, the buyer is also responsible for the commission charged by ebay for the particular sale. These fees will not be charged if the mistake is ours. The first 14 days of the warranty include an option for money back, and the following months include an option for exchange or store credit. The warranty includes only one claim. After one claim, the warranty is exhausted.

This warranty does not cover shipping charges, buyers are responsible for all shipping charges. This invoice is required for all warranty issues, send a copy of this invoice with your ECM for any warranty issues.

All Sales are Final. Buyers acceptance of this part constitutes acceptance of all of the aforementioned terms and conditions.
