Delivery details:

If you place your order before 2pm Monday - Friday, we will process and ship your item the very same day. Excluding larger
items that weigh over 25kg or need to be shipped on a pallet.
Please allow 2 days processing time for these items.

Please provide your mobile phone number so our courier 

can keep you updated with the status of your delivery. 

We will always do our best to make sure your item is delivered on
time. Please note that when we have dispatched your item on time,
it is then put in trust to our 3rd party shipping service
that we can't guarantee. Even though the 3rd parties we use for
shipping have good reputations for their service, there can still
be some problems and then with any shipping company. If you
do have any problems please feel free to call us
and we will do our best to chase the shipping company up on your behalf.

Damaged Item: It is unlikely that any item will be damaged in
transit but if it does please follow the notes below.

When you receive your item please check the
packaging for damage and if you find that there is damage, sign
the item as damaged or refuse to sign for the item and ask the
courier to return it to us as it has been damaged in transit.
This helps us with a claim for damage done by the shipping.
This will also let us go ahead and refund or replace the item.

We also invite customers to pick items up if they prefer.
