Up for sale is a used Johnson / Evinrude / OMC tiller handle assembly and mount for 1979-92 9.9hp & 15hp outboard boat motors. Used condition and shows some marks and wear from handling and use over the years.  Tiller handle turns but is stiff. Some play at the gears. See pictures.
