Up for sale is a used Johnson / Evinrude recoil / rewind starter assembly OMC part number 389951 for 1979-92 9.9hp & 15hp outboard boat motors. Used condition and shows some marks and wear from handling and use over the years.  Pulls out and retracts.  See pictures.
