Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska, an additional $599 will be added for shipping both ways.

 The refund of funds will only be offered within the 14 days period, as per eBay policy. The 90 days warranty starts from the day of purchase, and it will apply only for an exchange.

Items that we provide warranty on must be shipped back to us for an inspection and diagnostics. Only after we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement.

 

This warranty excludes failure due to;

 

·         Improper installations

·         Products stored for a period of thirty (30) days or more whether in the vehicle or out

·         Physical damage caused after the delivery of the battery to the customer

·         Damages or defects that may have been caused by shipping, if accepted at delivery and not documented with the carrier

·         Removal, tampering, or damage to warranty labels

·         Any modification or bypass of vehicle systems not in congruence with manufacturer specifications

·         Reinstallation of the HV battery/cell or parts into a different vehicle

·         Poor vehicle maintenance

·         Vehicle conditions that may cause premature failure

·         Any condition beyond the control of Hybrid Battery World Inc.

·        If there’s any tempering with manufacturer configuration - our warranty will not cover.

·         The warranty covers failures during normal vehicle operation only. Failure due to damage from accidents, water damage, extreme temperature conditions, excessive use, longer than thirty (30) days of non-operation, customer modifications to the vehicle’s electrical system, or acts of God are not covered.

·         Failure to meet the above terms and conditions will void your warranty. Warranty is fully transferable provided the above terms and conditions are followed.

·        Contact us before doing any modifications, repairs, or any other work on the product in order to retain our warranty.

A 15% of the item's original purchase price restocking fee may apply on any order’s cancelations and returns.
