Installation Tips
Some 1962-1972 B-bodies and 1970-1974 E-bodies came with a 4 to 1 brake pedal ratio which will not provide enough braking pressure with the master cylinder in this kit.
If the brake pedal has a second mounting hole in it for the master cylinder push rod, they can simply just move to the other hole.
If there's no hole, this kit will require modifying the brake pedal or using a smaller bore master cylinder.
You can go with the power brake kit to avoid this potential issue.
For measuring their brake pedal ratio (6 to 1 or higher is optimal for manual brakes):
